5% of the first ₦3,000,000 of an order, 3% above that, and a flat 2% on staples. Taken from your payout only when you sell. The buyer always pays the full listed price.
Frequently asked questions
How does contractor pricing work?
Each project costs ₦20,000 a month, or ₦216,000 a year (10% off). If you run many projects, a bundle is cheaper: Growth (₦150,000, up to 10 projects), Scale (₦350,000, up to 25) or Enterprise (₦500,000, unlimited). Team members never pay.
What happens if I don't renew a project?
It becomes read-only. You can still view and export everything, and your data is never deleted. Renew any time to switch it back on.
How are companies and developers charged?
By the unit, at a flat ₦4,000 per unit per month however many units the estate has. Every feature hangs on an estate and you tell us how many units it has. For example, 40 units cost ₦160,000 a month and 250 units cost ₦1,000,000. Pay a year up front and take 10% off. Add units any time and the extra is prorated for the rest of the period.
What happens if an estate's subscription lapses?
The estate becomes read-only. Existing subscribers and records stay intact, and the estate stays on the marketplace unless you choose to unlist it.
Does ArbinX take a cut of marketplace sales?
Yes, but only when you sell. ArbinX takes 5% of the first ₦3,000,000 of an order and 3% of anything above that, and a flat 2% on staples such as cement, aggregates, blocks and iron and steel. It comes out of your payout, and the buyer always pays the full listed price.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay for a year up front on any contractor or estate plan and you get 10% off.
How do professional plans work?
Listing your profile and portfolio is free. On the free plan you can see job requests near you and accept 2 jobs a month. Pro (₦9,900 a month) gives you unlimited jobs and client details. Business (₦25,000 a month) adds bidding on contracts, messaging companies first, and a boost in search. Paying for a year up front takes 10% off.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money, all via Paystack. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it at any time. After that, it is permanently deleted.
